Industrial Fabrication Projects

8' x 100' Insulated Exhaust Stack

This stack was built completely in-house at Cadillac Fabrication. The stack was designed as a turn-key replacement for a wood burning cogeneration plant. It was abrasive blasted to SSPC SP5 white-metal and coated with a system of high-temp coatings to protect the steel from the acidic nature of wood fuel. It was then insulated and skinned with an aluminum skin. The high-visibility colors on the exterior had to perform for years to come because the stack is in the flight path of nearby airport.

Duct Work

Whether your duct work needs are un-insulated cold air inlet ducts or insulated exhaust gas flues, we can build it. Our reputation for providing customers with duct work for steam boilers, either wood, coal or gas fired is a source of pride with us. We have shipped duct work around our home state as well as all over the U.S. and Canada.

Industrial Hoppers

These steel hoppers are designed to hold raw material for a plastic injection molding factory. Cadillac Fabrication built these from customer-supplied drawings and finished them with a coating system specified by the end user. We can make your project a reality whether you provide blueprints or have our engineering staff do the design work.
